Richard Larison


As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Larison drives mission and oversees growth, operations and management for Partners Health Alliance. Mr. Larison leverages his extensive experience leading US and international healthcare organizations. He has successfully driven start-ups and turned around underperforming operations to meet financial, quality and service goals, led provider organizations toward Joint Commission accreditation, collaborated with diverse Boards, and recruited and worked in partnership with Medical Staffs.

Mr. Larison served as the Chief Executive Officer of Chase Brexton Health Care, where he increased revenues by 40% and increased the number of patients served from 20,000 to 35,000 over the course of four years. Prior to his role at Chase Brexton, Mr. Larison was Chief Executive Officer for Johns Hopkins Medicine International in Panama, a private, for-profit 100-bed secondary care hospital with revenues in excess of $25 million. During his first year as CEO, he increased revenues by 33%. No stranger to international travel, Mr. Larison also served as CEO for American Hospital Dubai, Managing Director for Apollo Hospital Enterprises Limited in New Delhi, and CEO for Apollo Hospital Dhaka. Mr. Larison’s extensive background also includes executive positions with Great Lakes Cancer Institute, M.D. Anderson Cancer Network, All Saints Health System, and more.

Mr. Larison received a master’s degree in healthcare administration and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Missouri.

Fred Morelli

President, Network Development

As President of Network Development for Partners Health Management, Fred Morelli is responsible for delivering a new Triple Aim for independent physicians. Expense reduction through physician practice bundles, Organization through the physician-led Partners Health Alliance and Enhanced Revenue through value–based contracts. Partners Health Management provides a host of solutions designed to help independent physicians thrive under value-based contracts. Partners Health Management is also leading the way for payers seeking ways to keep members healthy at a reasonable cost.

Fred Morelli is also President/CEO of PIER Partners Network, LLC and PIER Practice Solutions, a joint venture with CentraState Healthcare System located in Freehold, New Jersey. The strategic objective of PIER Partners Network is the alignment of hospitals, physicians and the community to achieve high quality medical treatment in a fiscally responsible environment. In order to achieve alignment, PIER Partners Network has produced five core contracts designed to reduce expenses, increase revenue and manage risk in a cultural environment that supports physician independence.

Fred Morelli is a past Chairman of CentraState Board of Trustees, which he joined in 2004. He has served as Chairman of the Board’s Executive Compensation Committee, Executive Committee, Governance Committee, PIER Partners Network and Finance Committee. He currently serves as a Trustee and Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee, a member of the Medical Credentialing and Privileging Committee and the Bio Ethics Committee.

During his ten-year service to healthcare, he was appointed Director of SAAML I Captive Insurance Company – Robert Wood Johnson Network and SAAML II Reciprocal RRG for Physicians – Robert Wood Johnson Network; serving on the Underwriting Committee and Claims Committee. In 2012 Fred domiciled CentraState Healthcare System with their own independent captive – The CentraState Captive Insurance Company (CCIC) and serves as the Director and Secretary. In the same year, Fred assumed the role of Attorney in Fact for Physicians Insurance Exchange Resource (PIER RRG) and developed a plan to restructure and market the expansion of a member- owned company.

With an insurance career spanning nearly 35 years, Fred Morelli has a robust history and is licensed as a New Jersey Insurance producer and consultant.
